This is a modular light armor that comes with a slutty version. Balanced to the Elven armor. HDT-SMP is optional for the scarf. Supports CBBE, 3BAv2, and BHUNPv3.

Obtain: First you must find the crafting book located in the Riften Market! Then craft it using leathers items, moonstone, and Elven smithing perk.
Thanks for your work SunJeong! Noob question, but how is the top shown in the 2nd set of images obtained? The "Unlock Heart Upper Slutty [BHUNP]" armor looks like the top shown in the 1st image set, not the 2nd. I do not see any other alternative BodySlide outfits nor Zap options when building in BodySlide.
Don't worry, the files are safe. Windows Defender incorrectly detects file zipping process so It gives a false positive. Sometimes it makes this mistake This will be the reason when (if) it happens in the future. When this error happens, Sun zips the same file again and uploads it again to fix it. As a result, the file is the same. So calm down when it happens again, You can download it without worry.
Seems like windows defender is picking up a trojan virus on this.
